How it works
Three steps, and we handle both trips.
We drop them off
Pick a package and a date. We deliver the totes to your current home, free.
You pack and move
Fill them, snap the lids shut, stack them in the truck. Keep them for the full two weeks.
We pick them up
Unpack at your new place and we come collect the empties, also free.

Rental agreement
You'll sign this at drop-off, when we count the totes together. Here it is ahead of time.
1. Rental period and pickup
- The rental lasts 2 weeks (14 days), starting on your drop-off date.
- Delivery and pickup are free in Mission, McAllen, Edinburg, Pharr and Weslaco.
- On or before your pickup date, have all totes and lids empty, stacked and ready at the pickup address.
- Need more time? Please contact us before your pickup date if an extension is needed. Extensions are subject to availability and additional fees.
2. Fees
Extra time or late return (per extra day / per extra week)
Package and hand truck prices are plus Texas sales tax (8.25% in most of the Valley). Normal wear, like light scuffs, is not damage. We'll show you any damage at pickup and send you a photo.
3. Payment and card on file
- The rental fee, any hand truck add-on and sales tax are paid in full before drop-off.
- You keep a debit or credit card on file for the rental. By signing, you authorize us to charge it $18 for each tote or lid lost or damaged, $25 for each tote dolly lost or damaged, $99 for a lost or damaged hand truck, and extra-time or late-return charges for your package and any hand truck.
- Before charging, we send you the tote count and photos from pickup. Any charge is made within 7 days after pickup, with a receipt.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use the totes only for your move, at the addresses on your agreement.
- Don't pack hazardous items: gasoline, propane, paint, chemicals, fireworks or anything flammable or leaking.
- Don't write on, tape over or remove the numbers and labels on the totes.
- Don't leave totes outside overnight, in standing water, or in direct sun for long periods.
- Don't lend, sell or give the totes to anyone else.
- Return every tote and lid empty and reasonably clean.
5. Your belongings and liability
- We rent the totes only. We don't pack, load, move or store your belongings.
- You're responsible for what you put in the totes and for packing them safely. A full 27-gallon tote can be heavy.
- Stack & Go RGV isn't responsible for loss of or damage to your belongings, or for injuries from lifting or moving the totes.
- Anything left in a tote at pickup is held for 7 days. Message us to get it back.
6. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
- Cancel more than 48 hours before delivery for a full refund. Cancellations 48 hours or less before delivery get no refund.
- Reschedule free with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
- Once totes or equipment are delivered, rental payments are non-refundable, including early returns and unused totes.
